Garret A. Morgan Was Born March 4, 1877 And He Died August 27, 1963 At Age  86. He Invented The Traffic Light And The Gas Mask. They Help The Society By Keeping Cars From Crashing And Starting Traffic And The Gas Mask Help Us By  Keep Us From In Haling Certain Gases. Morgan Was Awarded A Citation For His Traffic Signal By The Untied States Government.
